About
Guessworks makes daily games. Each game has one puzzle a day, the same for everyone, new at midnight Eastern. Play it in a few minutes, see how the crowd did, and come back tomorrow.
The games
- Chartbreaker. Draw what you think happened. Then see what did. Five price charts a day, drawn from memory and checked against the record.
- Stalagmight. How deep might you go? Ten cave chambers on one topic. Type an answer in each, then bank your gems or dive deeper.
- Guessus. How well do you know your country? Guess the percent from the official figures, then answer for yourself.
- Mapinion. Call the map. Pick the state on top of a real figure, and play for your home state.
How the puzzles are made
Every puzzle is written ahead of time, checked against its sources and reviewed before it goes live. The facts come from published records, mostly official statistics such as those of the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, and every puzzle names its sources. When we get something wrong, we fix it.
Fair play
Everyone gets the same puzzle on the same day. Crowd numbers count each browser once, and plays that look automated are left out.
How the games are paid for
Ads pay for the games. They never appear while you play.
Your privacy
There are no accounts, and we never ask for your name or email address. Nothing you type or choose is shown to other players. The Privacy Policy has the details.
